Children that are enrolled in the subsidy program are only allowed five (5) unexcused absences per month. If your child is out unexcused more than (5) days in one month you must provide legitimate documentation to avoid termination of your child care services.
If your child(ren) becomes ill it is the responsibility of the parent or guardian to notify the center by 9:00 am that your child will not be attending. Children are entitled to 15 days of vacation a year. All vacation notices must be provided to the Director in writing at least 2 weeks in advance.
No credit is given for absences.
